220mm x 2.3mm Upgraded Brake Rotors for Surron Light Bee

Get consistent braking without hesitation.
This rotor brings real bite to the Light Bee with a custom flame design that moves air across the braking surface and clears dust fast. The 2.3 millimeter thickness adds thermal mass for longer pulls without fade while staying friendly with stock calipers, common MTB calipers, and moto style setups.

Specs:

  • 220mm diameter for consistent brake modulation and stronger braking force than stock 203mm rotors

  • 2.3mm thickness for superior heat dissipation and consistent braking feel

  • Our custom flame design improves airflow and rids brake pad dust faster

  • Made from 12CR13 stainless steel

  • Matches the Light Bee front (44mm) and rear (54MM) bolt patterns

Install Guide

  1. Remove the wheel.

  2. Warm each rotor bolt just enough to soften thread locker.

  3. Remove bolts and lift the old rotor away.

  4. Apply a light bead of blue thread locker to clean bolts.

  5. Seat the new rotor and hand snug all bolts in a star pattern.

  6. Torque each bolt to spec with a torque wrench.

  7. Refit the wheel and spin to confirm clearance.

  8. Install fresh pads and bed everything in with slow controlled stops.

READ THIS!

  • Always use fresh pads for best bite and proper bedding.

  • If you run a moto brake bracket designed for a 240mm rotor, this 220mm size will not allows the pads to bite correctly, please purchase this 240MM Rotor for moto brakes!

Q: Does this fit the Ultra Bee
A: No. This version is for the Surron Light Bee.

Q: Will it rub in an MTB style caliper
A: Most modern calipers accept 2.3 millimeter rotors. Center your caliper and verify clearance.

Q: Do I need new pads
A: Highly recommended. New pads plus a proper bed in gives the strongest bite and least noise.

Q: What direction should the flame face
A: Look for the text lasered onto the rotor, the text should be facing you when you mount the rotor
